We understand that unexpected situations can happen. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows (when you do not arrive and do not contact us) will be charged 100% of the service total. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. It allows us to provide a calm, dedicated, and seamless experience for every guest at The Brow Reserve.
